Our data and machines are limited, though - details in our models are made by oozing melted plastic out a very tiny nozzle in thin layers, and these layers and melted plastic spots will be visible if you look very closely. We try to photograph and describe our models as accurately as possible so that you know what you will receive. But nobody's perfect, so we want to make sure that your concerns are heard and resolved.

We will happily accept a return and process a full refund if the model arrives damaged or otherwise not as described within the first 60 days, and will pay for return shipping for US buyers and split return shipping costs with non-US buyers.
